Starting July 28,2021 - Evergreen Circle will be partially closed. Coming in the first entrance nearest to the old golf course, the road will be closed at the first Y, located at 860 Evergreen Circle.
At the Y, the left side will be CLOSED to thru traffic. We are going to repair the grate located at 744 Evergreen Circle. At the other end of Evergreen Circle, the road will be CLOSED at the intersection of Oakmont Drive and Evergreen Circle, located at 440 Oakmont Drive. The houses located from 860 Evergreen Circle thru 747 Evergreen Circle will have to drive around the ROAD CLOSED sign to get to their driveways, BUT NO THRU TRAFFIC.
The Homes located from 689 Evergreen Circle to 737 Evergreen circle will have to drive around the ROAD CLOSED sign to get to their driveways, BUT NO THRU TRAFFIC.
We apologize for the inconvenience however with the amount of vehicles normally parked on the road in this area - this will expedite the amount of time it takes to complete the repairs.
We anticipate road repairs and the need to detour will last about a week. Please do not take it upon yourselves to move the road signs or drive on the concrete before it has had time to cure. Once the road is ready to be driven on we will provide an update and remove the signs.
Thanks, FPHOA Street Committee

The HOA has worked with a couple homeowners in drafting a formal complaint (below) pertaining to the current conditions at the Scarlet Oaks property. We have also started a petition that will be active until 7/8/2021 at which all signatures will be collected and submitted with the complaint form. If you would like to voice your support, we encourage everyone to click the link below and sign the petition!

The poll conducted on our Facebook page has shown there are enough residents interested in attending an in person/outdoor HOA meeting for the board to pursue the matter further. We appreciate everyone’s feedback and participation on this.
The property owner at the golf course has asked that we obtain an electronic waiver of consent by each homeowner that will be in attendance. Therefore, we ask that homeowners who plan to attend please click the following email link in this message and send an email to FPHOAWV@gmail.com using the pre-built template adding their First/Last Name along with their Street Address so that we may use the message as the homeowners agreement to the terms acknowledging the assumption of risk. As a reminder, this waives any & all liabilities against the property owner, the HOA board and its members. Attendees will also be required to provide their own seating and wear a face mask.
Regarding voting – We have received multiple inquires asking for clarification on how the voting process works at the meeting. All homeowners are encouraged to attend the annual meeting, however only homeowners that are paid in full on their dues through December 31st of the prior year are eligible to vote. (Article 4, Section 2 of the By-Laws)
Thanks,
FPHOA Board
