ALL HOMEOWNERS - ROAD CONSTRUCTION

Please help us in taking care of our roads. We are doing the road work and it may be an inconvenience for a while in regards to street parking as well as when driving through the sub division. DO NOT take it upon yourself to move the barrel(s) in place by the concrete people. Park so that an EMERGENCY VEHICLE can get around. You will be held responsible if anything would happen to the newly poured concrete or if an emergency would happen and they can't respond. This may sound harsh BUT we ask for everyone’s cooperation during this time where we are trying to make things better for everyone. If you have any concerns, please give me a call

*** Public Service Announcement ***

We spoke to the contractor yesterday (Sam Shamblin), he has completed pouring the areas marked on Evergreen near the Middle entrance.

Monday he is going to start on the areas around the top of the hill on Evergreen and will work his way down to Oakmont next week. We have marked some of the spots that will be repaired with orange paint, so please drive slowly and stay alert when driving through these areas. As soon as we can open the streets back up to normal traffic, we will. We appreciate your patience and will provide updates as they become available.

Thanks,

Forest Park HOA

Please be advised that street repairs will begin today 8/9/2018 on Evergreen circle where you first come in at the middle entrance on the right-hand side. Street parking will be unavailable in this area until the repairs have been completed. Our apologies for any inconveniences this may cause but we will provide updates as they become available.

Thanks,
